To provide immediate, compassionate, and dignified emergency support to children and families in crisis by delivering essential food, clothing, hygiene items, school supplies, and critical relief — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — so no family is ever left waiting for help.
Our Vision & Goals
- Respond to Families in Crisis within 2 hours: - Ensure that every family requesting emergency support receives essential items quickly, safely, and with dignity - day or night.
- Operate a Reliable 24/7 Support System: - Maintain a fully stocked, ready‑to‑deploy Mobile Response Unit capable of responding to urgent needs at any time.
- Restore Stability and Dignity During these situations: - Provide families with the essentials they need to feel safe, clean, fed, and supported during their most difficult moments.
- Building Strong Partnership Across the Community: - Collaborate with schools, CPS, police, fire departments, EMS agencies, shelters, hospitals, and community agencies to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
- Expand Access to Essential Resources: - Increase the availability of food, clothing, hygiene items, and school supplies for families experiencing sudden hardship or displacement.
- Create a Statewide Rapid-Response Network: - Develop a scalable model that can be replicated across West Virginia, ensuring every county has access to immediate emergency support.
